We balance compassion with expectations—supporting employees while maintaining high standards that protect our contracts, our teams, and the public we serve.  If you’re looking for an employer that values people, purpose, and professionalism, CSP is a place where your work truly matters.

Community Outreach

CSP builds strong, caring connections within the communities we serve by partnering with organizations that share a commitment to dignity, inclusion, and opportunity. Through relationships with APSE, Coalition Forward Kentucky, Kentucky Rehabilitation Association, SourceAmerica, Kentucky Nonprofit Network, Center for Nonprofit Excellence, Greater Louisville Inc., the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, and local Chambers of Commerce, CSP works to support inclusive employment and meaningful community collaboration.

These partnerships allow CSP to strengthen workforce development, collaborate with organizations serving individuals of diverse abilities and needs, and build community connections through shared service and advocacy — always centered on understanding, dignity, and opportunity.

Our commitment:
CSP believes strong communities are built through compassion, partnership, and a shared responsibility to support one another. Through outreach and engagement, CSP strives to make a positive, lasting difference in the lives of individuals and the communities we call home.
